網路購物為通訊交易，因此消費者享有商品到貨七天之猶豫期，此非產品試用期，退貨商品須保持全新未開封且可再銷售的狀態。消保法保障產品七天猶豫期是指產品之外觀鑑賞，並不是指產品的試用、試聞。
精油／保養品／清潔品屬消耗性個人衛生用品，一旦開封使用無法退貨。
依據消保法規定：七天鑑賞期之【退貨運費】由賣方負擔。寄貨運費因賣方已履行寄出義務，寄出運費將另開發票補寄給您，依法無需退還寄貨運費。

Online shopping is a form of distance selling, allowing consumers a seven-day contemplation period upon receipt of goods. This is not a trial period for the product; returned items must be kept in brand new, unopened, and resalable condition. The Consumer Protection Act’s seven-day contemplation period refers to the visual inspection of the product, not to the trial or testing of the product.
Essential oils, skincare products, and cleaning products are considered consumable personal hygiene items; once opened and used, they cannot be returned.
According to the Consumer Protection Act regulations: the [return shipping fees] within the seven-day contemplation period are to be borne by the seller. Since the seller has fulfilled their obligation by shipping the product, the shipping fee for delivery will be invoiced separately to you, and there is no obligation to refund the delivery shipping fee as per the law.
